Our interactive online event on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in IT operations took place on September 12, 2025. Together with experts and participants from user companies, we discussed where AI brings real added value today and how to get started.

At our Virtual AI event on 12 September, we analyzed current trends in the AI market, highlighted the value created by AI and discussed practical use cases together.
A special focus was placed on a specific use case that illustrated the system architecture and integration of AI in companies - including the challenges and risks associated with its use. Finally, strategic planning for AI projects was presented.
