SmartSelect is a web-based solution that has been specially developed to optimize the evaluation process of offers in procurement projects. Originally designed to simplify day-to-day consulting work, we now also offer SmartSelect to our customers as a flexible and user-friendly evaluation platform on a subscription basis.

atrete's SmartSelect solution offers you the opportunity to control your tender evaluation simply and efficiently. From recording the evaluation criteria to evaluation by several evaluators and comprehensible documentation of the evaluation. The guided input of all procurement parameters via input masks with partially predefined values eliminates error-prone Excel exercises. In the case of similar procurements, the base values of a previous procurement can be imported, which significantly simplifies the creation process. Various evaluation scales (e.g. school grades, nominal, percentage) are available for selection.

The evaluation criteria can be flexibly structured and expanded as required. With the "Pairwise comparison" function, the criteria can be easily weighted against each other and SmartSelect automatically calculates the percentage weighting.

SmartSelect also offers the option of running different variants for a procurement. This can be used as a stress test for the weighting when setting up or to map different times of the negotiations during the evaluation.

Consolidated overview

In the consolidated view, the results of all raters are combined and displayed. For a better overview, the different statuses of the fields to be evaluated are highlighted in color

Traceability

All entries are logged and can be consulted if required. This offers full transparency with regard to the traceability of the process.

Export functionality

The results of the assessments can be exported to other systems for further processing/evaluation.

SmartSelect provides support both in the preparation of the tender object and in the evaluation and comprehensible decision.

All criteria related to the requirements of the product to be evaluated can be entered via guided input masks. The possibility of a hierarchical summary of suitability criteria, technical specifications and award criteria simplifies the thematic structure of the evaluation criteria.

Award criteria can be systematically weighted using the "Pairwise comparison" function and SmartSelect automatically calculates the percentage weighting. Alternatively, the weighting can be entered manually.
